Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds work as follows.

Courses

• Request a refund within 2 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
• Certificates already issued are revoked when a refund is made.

Software tools and design sheets

• If a tool doesn't work as described on your system and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund you in full.
• Because licence keys and files are delivered instantly, we can't refund a tool simply for a change of mind once it has been downloaded or activated.

Reference material (PDFs, templates)

Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the file is faulty or materially different from its description.

Training for Teams

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in each training proposal. As a default, cancellations more than 14 days before the start date are refunded in full, less any non-recoverable costs.

How to request a refund

Email parishith@structures-simplified.com with your order number (it starts with SS-) and the reason. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancelling an order

• Before payment: an unpaid order is cancelled automatically; nothing is charged.
• After payment: because digital products are delivered instantly, a paid order is cancelled by requesting a refund under the rules above.
• Training for Teams: cancel or reschedule by email; the terms above and in your proposal apply.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or a payment failed but money was debited, contact us. We refund the extra amount within 5–7 working days.
